Dua Zehra

Dua has several years of experience in the sustainability space. So far in her career she has focused on urban resilience projects in cities around the world, water and sanitation provision, and flood drainage in Sub-Saharan Africa. Most recently, she worked closely with companies on their emissions strategy to align to climate mitigation as defined in the Paris Agreement, as well water security and forest-related activity in the private sector. She is eager to connect the field of international development with climate change, and to address climate-driven challenges in the Global South.
Dua has a BEng in Materials Science and Engineering from Imperial College London, and an MSc in Engineering for International Development from University College London. She has published work with the International Journal of Disaster Risk Reduction, and multiple policy briefs at CDP.
